HERB AND PEARL BATHS

Warm freshwater baths at the temperature of 34-38ºC, to which different herbal concentrates or Himalayan salt are added, if necessary, and combining them with the perl bath effect of fine air bubbles and massaging jets.

MILK BATH WITH SOY AND ALMOND OIL

 

Indulgent milk bath treatment restores, moisturizes, and nourishes the skin. Pure goat milk with whey and coconut milk is beneficial for skin health. Particularly suitable for dry and sensitive skin. Soybean and almond oil are enriched with vitamins D and E and citric acid, which have a light peeling effect, nourish, and moisturize the skin. After the bath, the skin becomes silky soft.

Bath oil with almond and soy oil (contains also vitamin E)

Indications: sensitive, dry and itchy skin, contact dermatitis, psoriasis, allergic skin conditions, supporting treatment of skin diseases, during pregnancy.

Lavender bath oil with herbs (contains also thyme and sage)

Indications: degenerative joint diseases, rheumatic conditions, problems with the muscular and skeletal systems, pain-relieving and general toning effect.

Medicinal bath oil with melissa balm

Indications: stress, sleep disorders, relaxing effect.

Medicinal bath oil with pine needle oil

Indications: problems with the muscular and skeletal system, degenerative joint diseases, poor blood circulation, muscle pain and tension.

Himalayan salt

Himalayan salt has an ability to remove toxic substances and waste salts from the body. It supplies the body with biologically active minerals which can be easily absorbed by the cells and contains 82 minerals, including iron, potassium, magnesium, sodium, calcium, copper, and zinc.

Effect: Has a therapeutic effect on vascular diseases and varicose veins. Improves blood circulation in hands and legs.
Eucalyptus–menthol

WHIRPOOL BATHS FOR HANDS OR LEGS 

The client is seated, hands and arms or legs in a special bath. Water jets from nozzles will make the water whirl having a massaging effect.

EFFECT

  • improves blood circulation

  • recovers muscle strength

  • alleviates muscle tensions and contractures

  • suitable for follow-up therapy of traumas

  • reduces limb oedemas and lymphostasis

  • good effect in case of “cold feet”

INDICATIONS

  • suitable for patients with cardiac diseases, when whole body baths are contraindicated

CONTRAINDICATIONS

  • not suitable in case of ulcerous or cracked skin

UNDERWATER SHOWER MASSAGE 

During the procedure of underwater shower massage, the patient is in a warm (36-38ºC) bath. The therapist massages the whole body with a jet of water from a hose. Soft tissues become more relaxed compared to a regular massage. Underwater jet massage is not painful.

CHARCOT SHOWER or JET SHOWER  

Massaging of a standing person with a strong directed water jet of 2-3 atmospheres. The most intense hydrotherapeutic procedure.

  • an excellent anti-cellulite massage
  • very suitable against scruff and lower back problems cased by a sedentary lifestyle

MUD BATH WITH HIMALAYAN SALT
