We have the solution: treat yourself to a three-day spa break and get all the check-ups you need while you’re here!

You will have:

• a comprehensive medical test – we run tests to assess your thyroid (women) or prostate (men) function and liver and kidney function; check for infection; measure your haemoglobin; metabolic indicator measurement; check your cholesterol (general and HDL/LDL or ‘good’ and ‘bad’ cholesterol) and blood sugar levels
• tests – you can take an exercise ECG or magnetic diagnostics of the sole (podometry) and an ECG
• advice from our doctors – you will have your test results explained to you and recommendations are given to you about how to improve your lifestyle
• 2 classical massages (45 min)
  
• 2 procedures from the following list as recommended by your doctor: herb pearl bath, underwater shower massage, warm mineral wax wrap, mud therapy, therapeutic shower, foot whirlpool, salt therapy, ultrasound therapy, magnet therapy, impulse therapy, inhalation or paraffin therapy mask for the hands, local cold therapy

A CURATIVE DAY WITH THERAPIES

(package without overnight stays)
A day of professional spa therapy for those who do not need accommodation in the Tervis Hotel. You can have a broad choice of curative procedures and a doctor's consultation.

The package includes:

• up to 3 of the following procedures per day:
  o classic massage, 23 min
  o paraffin-ozokerite therapy, underwater shower massage, herbal pearl bath, mud therapy
  o inhalation, therapeutic paraffin mask for hands, therapeutic shower, whirlpool bath for feet, salt chamber, water gymnastics, therapeutic gymnastics in the gym or senior circle training in a gym.
• Doctors’ consultations are available to those staying at the spa for treatment for at least 4 days. On your doctor’s recommendation, treatment options will expand to stretching therapy, ultrasound therapy, magnet therapy and ilmpulse therapy.
